INNOVATIVE JOINTS REJUVENATION CENTRE
"A Boon for Osteoarthritis Patients"...!!
A non-invasive solution for osteoarthritis. Introducing “RFQMR” cytotron therapy for regeneration of degenerated cartilage. Scientifically proved by MRI Scan before and after treatment.
– CYTOTRON - RFQMR Technology
Cytotron is a new opinion for regenerative and degenerative tissue engineering with Rotational Filed Quantum Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (RFQMR). It’s regenerative potential is best seen and objectively proven in osteo arthritis of the knee, where it is able to regenerate the joint cartilage and thus save several patients from joint/knee replacement and provide pain relief, decreased deformity and increased range of movement. Cytotron is the trade name of Rotational Field Quantum magnetic Resonance (RFQMR) device that is developed by the centre for Advanced Research and Development (CARD), the research wing of Scalene Cybernetics Ltd., Bangalore India.
The scientific research on the therapeutic use of radio frequency (RF) waves dates back to the 19th Century and one of the pioneers was the gifted scientist Nikola Tesla. Tesla saw the healing potential of high-frequency signals and wrote an article in 1898 titled “High Frequency Oscillators for Electrotherapeutic and other purposes” .Since then several outstanding scientists evaluated the healing effects of electromagnetic waves. The two time Nobel laureate Albert Szent-Gyorgyi (1960) wrote that “The living cell is essentially an electrical device…” and biochemical explanations alone fail to explain the role of electricity in cellular regulation. Even today radio frequency is used by modern medicine in the area of RF ablation for cardiac arrhythmia correction and some of the tumors. (Eg: Hepato Cellular Carcinoma HCC)
Cytotron Science & Function
It was established that transmembrane potential (TMP) is one of the known cellular signaling pathways. TMP pathways also regulate synthesis of various proteins at the appropriate time in the living cells. Many illnesses like cancer, heart disease, degenerative disorders like cartilage loss are due to defects in TMP. It was thought in 1993 that if an appropriate method can be developed to alter the TMP in a controlled manner, most of these disorders that are protein linked could be treated. Soon a device was internationally patented for the purpose
Now 15 years later, with more than 100 man-years of continuous research, it was possible to build the first proto type of the device called Cytotron. The technology is known as rotational filed Quantum Magnetic Resonance (RFQMR).
How the Cytotron treatment is applied?
The affected join knee is [placed inside the RFQMR Cytotron machine. The desired exposure characteristics (like the cartilage to bone gap, skin to cartilage distance, Name, age, gender, height and weight etc.,) are fed in to the computer. The computer then computes various wave front and spin frequencies, pulse amplitudes, filed strength etc. Thereafter the operator precisely focuses the beams on the required site. The treatment is given usually 30-60 minutes daily for a period of 21 days. The dose and the period of treatment is determined by the trained doctor. The patients are evaluated by x-rays, MRI Scans, Etc. in the beginning of the treatment and once again after 90 days, to understand the sustained effect. The subjects do not feel any pain or discomfort during the treatment. All parameters are periodically measured.
What are the Results of treated?
As reported in the journal of the Indian Society of Aerospace medicine: Surg: Cdr. L J Pinto, et.al.Vol48:2: Winter 204 evaluation of Osteoarthritis patients treated with RFQMR, using the Knee Society Scoring Systems and Dynamometry, there was a highly significant improvement in the Pain score., Total Knee Score, Total Functional Score, range of movement ,and improvement persisted after the treatment.
In patients responding to the treatment, there is a noticeable reduction in pain and improvement in mobility after 10-15 sessions. By the end of 21 sessions most patients should be free of pain and not requiring any pain killers. Even patients who can hardly walk a few steps and those who are bedridden may walk longer distances without pain.
