Gautham School of Nursing established in 1998 under the aege’s of M.K Raghavan Memorial Charitable Trust, approved by Indian Nursing Council and Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council with the vision of enabling the younger generation to enter in to the noble profession of nursing as a fully qualified professional. In its years of existance , it has steadly grown in its stature to achieve recognition. The aim of the trust is to promote education health, culture, and Sport.
Courses Offered The School offers 3 1/2 years Diploma Course In General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM).
Eligibility A pass in Plus Two examination or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with an aggregate of 45% marks is required. In the case of SC/ST Candidates a pass is sufficient. The candidate should not be less than 17 years or more than 27 years as on the 1st June of the year. A minimum height 147 cm and minimum weight 38.5 kg with relaxation of upper age limit upto 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST and up to 3 years in the case of candidates belonging to the backward community.
Admission Application from can be obtained from the office on payment of Rs.125/- by cash or Rs. 160/- by M.O or D.D by Post. Attested Copeis of Certificate and documents in support of age and qualification should be attached with the application. Only S.S.L.C certificate will be considered for proof of age. Two conduct certificate - one from the principal of the institution the candidate last studied and one from a person holding a responsible position. - should be attached with the application

Facilities The facilities at the school are the best of its kind. Hostel The Hostel provides facilities to students with comfortable and secure accommodation. Resident wardens of hostel ensures the welfare of students. It is situated inside of campus.
